These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the website seniorinsurix.com ('Site') and the services, digital content, and goods offered by SeniorInsurix in 2025. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Services
Senior insurance selection assistance is provided by SeniorInsurix professionals. Service orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Scheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations or schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Eligible changes may be arranged at no extra cost.
2. Information Products
SeniorInsurix offers digital guides and courses on selecting coverage options. Access is granted upon purchase and cannot be revoked once provided, except under the refund policy below.
3. Goods
Physical items such as informational booklets or merchandise are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing time is up to 5 business days.
Unopened items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment notice. See refund policy for details.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Services
If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, you may choose a full refund of the fee paid or apply the amount as credit toward a future session. Cancellation within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the paid amount. No reimbursement is provided for no-show appointments. We encourage scheduling changes via Contact Us.
4.2 Information Products
Requests for a refund of digital guides or courses must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
4.3 Goods
Unopened physical products sent back within 30 days of shipment notice are eligible for a refund of the product price, excluding shipping charges. Customers must contact us to obtain an authorization to send back the item. Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days via the original method of purchase.
5. No Refund Services
Certain expedited assistance packages and one-on-one premium packages are final sale and not eligible for a refund due to the high level of resource allocation. This is necessary to secure dedicated specialist time and priority processing.
6. Changes to Terms
SeniorInsurix may update these Terms at any time in 2025. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
